Ordering

This ordering page primarily provides information for those who wish to send a payment by phone or email. It also explains options for shipping and insurance.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal on our website but you do not have to be a PayPal member in order to use a credit card for purchases. To order using a credit card or through PayPal, simply click on the shopping cart icon below each photo to purchase that item.

Ordering by email

Email orders are for those who wish to place orders by email and receive confirmation emails with the total cost listed.

If you order by email, please include the following information:

  • Your name, address, email address and (optional but highly recommended) your phone number

  • Stock number(s) of items. Remember, only some items can be ordered in multiple quantities. Most pendants are one of a kind.

  • Since more than one necklace chain can be ordered, be sure to list how many of each necklace stock number you want and what lengths you want the chains to be.

  • Shipping method preferred and any options, like upgrading to priority mail and adding insurance (see the shipping options below).

When your order by email is received, we will send you a confirmation email with the total amount for your order. All ordered items will be reserved for you as soon as the order is placed, and will be held for 10 days. If payment is not received within that time, the reserved items will be posted for sale again on the web site.

All payments must be in U.S. currency. We accept checks drawn on U.S. banks, and postal and money orders. Sorry, all items purchased by personal checks will be shipped only when the check has cleared. We also accept PayPal payments, made by clicking on the shopping cart icons shown under each pendant.

Ordering by phone

Please have all the information listed above ready when you call to place your order. You may leave the message on our answering machine if no one is in the office when you call. Leave all the required information and a telephone number where you can be reached. We will return you call as soon as we retrieve your message from our answering machine and tell you the total for your order.

Shipping costs within the continental United States

  • Regular parcel post with delivery confirmation: Free within the continental United States!

  • Regular parcel post with delivery confirmation and insurance: $1.50

  • Priority mail without insurance: $2.20

  • Priority mail with insurance: $3.70

For shipping costs outside of the continental United States, please contact us.

We will not be held responsible for packages which are declared missing when delivery confirmation shows that the package was delivered.
