Refund and Return Policy

Please read all of our policy before returning any merchandise.

Before returning any merchandise, you must send an email to Earth Relics Jewelry Company or call 843-821-9500 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you reach our answering machine, be sure to leave a name and telephone number and the reason for your call, and we will return your call promptly. Once we have been contacted about a return, we will send you a verification and RMA number by email.

No refunds will be accepted without notifying us first. Packages arriving without an RMA number affixed to the outside of the packaging will be refused.

All merchandise may be returned within 21 days of the purchase date, provided the merchandise has been unworn and is in exactly the same condition as it was sent. Once the merchandise has been received, a refund will be issued for this merchandise, minus the cost of shipping and insurance. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the merchandise.

In the event of an incorrect order or goods damaged in shipment, a full refund will be made, including shipping and insurance, provided the merchandise has been returned with 21 days of the date of purchase.

Re-stocking fees on retail orders

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we find it necessary to charge a modest re-stocking fee for returned items on purchases of $60.00 or more, not counting shipping and insurance. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged for orders more than or equal to this amount. If you wish to return only part of an order that totaled $60.00 or more, the re-stocking fee will be applied to only that portion that was returned.

Re-stocking fees on wholesale orders

There will be a 15% re-stocking fee applied to all returned wholesale orders. The entire order must be returned in the original condition within 21 days of the purchase, and with a copy of the return verification notice. No partial wholesale orders will be accepted as returns.
